Third Space - The Whiteley

Third Space The Whiteley is a landmark luxury health and wellness club set within the beautifully redeveloped Whiteley London, combining contemporary design, exceptional finishes and state-of-the-art facilities. Located within the historic former Whiteleys department store in Bayswater, the club forms part of the transformation of this iconic London building into a prestigious residential, retail and leisure destination.

Aquascapes was proud to deliver the specialist wet-leisure facilities for Third Space, working closely with the client and wider project team to bring an ambitious vision for wellness and recovery to life. The facilities include an impressive 18-metre, three-lane swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool, ice bath, Finnish Löyly sauna, steam room and relaxation areas, all designed to provide a seamless transition between training, recovery and wellbeing.

Combining sophisticated design with advanced filtration, water treatment and environmental control systems, the project demanded exceptional technical expertise, craftsmanship and attention to detail. Completed in February 2026, Third Space The Whiteley represents a truly luxurious wellness environment, reflecting both the heritage of its remarkable setting and Third Space’s uncompromising approach to member experience.
