Third Space – Paternoster

Aquascapes was proud to deliver the specialist wet-leisure works for Third Space Paternoster Square, creating an exceptional new wellness and recovery environment in the heart of the City of London. The project brings together a 14-person hydrotherapy pool, two dedicated ice baths, a 20-person Finnish Löyly sauna, steam room and heated relaxation loungers. Every element was carefully considered to create a sophisticated sanctuary where members can move seamlessly from training to recovery, combining luxury finishes with the high-performance engineering required for a world-class wellness facility.

Working within a complex central London location, Aquascapes coordinated the specialist design, installation and commissioning of the wet-leisure facilities, integrating advanced water treatment, filtration, dosing and environmental control systems. Completed in August 2026, Paternoster Square demonstrates our ability to combine technical expertise with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail, creating a luxurious environment for restoration and wellbeing that reflects Third Space’s uncompromising approach to performance and member experience.
