Aquascapes is proud to be the nominated specialist pool contractor for the prestigious Alberton development in Manchester City Centre — a visionary wellness-led workspace that will redefine commercial recreation in the UK.

The 18‑storey development replaces the existing Alberton House and features a rooftop wellness suite with a standout swimming pool, vitality pool with hydro‑massage loungers, steam room, sauna, experience showers, and landscaped roof terrace, all offering breathtaking views across the Manchester skyline.

Aquascapes’ role covers specialist pool design and consultancy, ensuring seamless integration of performance, aesthetics, and technical compliance within the wider architectural vision. The project combines innovative design with advanced engineering to create a wellness environment that complements the development’s forward-thinking ethos.

Demolition of the existing building is underway, clearing the way for the new landmark workspace and wellness destination, with completion currently anticipated by the end of 2025. Once finished, The Alberton rooftop pool will be among the UK’s most remarkable commercial wet-leisure facilities.
