Sean Connelly

Sean is a Chartered Consulting Engineer and specialises in the design and build of both Commercial and Residential Wellness & leisure facilities for resorts hotels clubs and super-prime residential properties.

With over 30 years experience in this specialist field, as both Consultant & Contractor.

Sean formed Aquascapes Limited 21 years ago to satisfy this demand after working in the industry for 12 years prior to that for various recognised consultants and contractors.

He Specialises in both Civil and Mechanical fields of engineering and currently hold chartership with the CIOB, CIPHE, CABE and currently sits on the Committee for the CIOB and mentors for the organisation. He is the Principal & Construction Director for Aquascapes Limited and heads up the design and contracting teams with a passion and drive that is second to none.

Specifically, he leads the design and build of various projects across Europe and for our retained brands such as SoHo House & Third Space and has designed & delivered some of the largest commercial leisure contracts across Europe.
