We are very proud to have been the nominated specialist pool contractor for this very prestigious Alberton, Manchester project.
The current Alberton House building’s basement is to be replaced with a new one as well as a publicly accessed ground floor. The development includes 16 floors of office accommodation and two ‘rooftop’ floors comprising rooftop plant, and a Wellness suite. The Wellness suite will consist of a swimming pool and treatment rooms with access to a landscaped roof terrace. The whole development will be located on the 18th floor.
Located at the end of the main pool will be the vitality pool. This Wellness facility will include 4 hydro massage loungers.
Next to the vitality pool is where the other Wellness facilities will be located. Those will include a steam room, sauna, and 2 experience showers.
On completion, the pool will boast unparalleled views of the Manchester skyline.
